Put senders email into messages

For contact form emails put the senders email address into the message to avoid the organiser having to know they can reply to it. 

For emails sent to the organiser informing them of an entry set the reply-to address as the entrant, so that the organiser can reply to them. Also put the email address with a mailto link (as replying doesn't work for some people for some reason I do not understand! )
