Links in Logged in block not working on mobile phone

I’m using an iPhone running  safari under iOS 18.6.2 and I’ve come across a problem. When I’m in a congress, some of the main menu items in the ‘Not Logged In’/‘Logged in as…’ box don’t work. If I’m logged it’s just the top two (Home and My Account) but if I’m not it’s all that block. 

Pressing the menu symbol at the top doesn’t do anything either.
